BTGA has completed the design and permit-level drawings for a 168-unit apartment community in Coventry, RI. Comprised of one building type, with a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, this new community will provide workforce housing for the surrounding area. Of the total, 20% of the units will be deeded as affordable units that will count toward state housing requirements for the town. Each of the seven apartment buildings is three stories with a basement for resident storage and an elevator. The project also includes a 3,000-square-foot Clubhouse amenity building where tenants can access a 24-hour exercise room, business center, Great Room, TV area, and a kitchen.
