BTGA was retained by Roger Williams University to undertake an assessment of space needs for the School of Engineering, Computer Sciences and Construction Management. We then worked with the University to develop several scenarios of potential programming and schematic solutions.

The final design will create a new identity for the School and will allow space for future partnerships. The building is designed to foster community through collaborative learning, flexible interaction, and hands on experiences.

The SECCM program is not accomplished merely by didactic teaching, but through a variety of avenues that range from traditional to experimental, group to individual, social to hands-on. The spaces developed will provide an educational experience that engages and satisfies the demands of the programs including room for large scale model building .

This project is currently in design and expected to be constructed in 2018.
