This Old House™

The transformation is complete for the first This Old House™ project in Rhode Island! Located directly on Barrington beach, this small seaside cottage maximizes views of the harbor with wrapping windows and optimal use of interior space. The design team has created custom details and unique space planning to transform this home, built with the help of local craftspeople. Careful attention was given to flood and wind zones to create a house that will withstand the elements.
