BTGA, in association with Studio JAED, is currently working on a district wide master plan for the East Greenwich School District. This study will examine community need, educational needs, the existing school structures and the integration of 21st Century Learning Spaces throughout the school system.

Working with the community, the school board, the town and students our team has looked at big picture visioning to allow for these goals to lead the way to a new plan for the district.

As part of the Stage 2 master plan BTGA is currently working on the design of a potential new Elementary School. A new school would provide spaces for all types of learners with the goal of encouraging students to become lifelong learners. Educational spaces will be designed both for group projects and independent thinking. The classrooms and spaces for physical activity, administrative and guidance spaces, media spaces and project spaces will all be considered as part of a total student educational experience. The school will be designed with spaces separated so that the building can be used after hours by both students and the community maximizing the use of the facility and the resources for the Town.
