The Updated Seaside

This lovely oceanfront renovation began as a summer cottage, often expanded but never designed. Renovations completely rearranged interior space and exterior elevations, including dining (shown left) and deck additions compliant with coastal structural regulations. The new house no longer turns its back to the water, but but still maintains the scale of the original structure and fenestration.
