BTGA was brought in to complete the interior designs of this single family residence midway through construction. The layout was reworked with them to suit the needs of their own family, and their frequent and gracious entertaining. Rich design gesturescomplement the open and contemporary interior, while organic materials add texture and warmth to the overall effect.

The house opens itself to a dramatic view of theurban area below, and all the major areas open on the outside series of decks and terraces. Interior custom designed metal railings tie the open levels of the upper floors to the outside areas.
