Bristol Rescue Headquarters
BTGA has just supported the town of Bristol, RI in a successful bond referendum for a new Fire/Rescue Station. The primary justifications for the facility were to provide new accessible spaces for the Fire Department Headquarters and a polling place/emergency center. The design includes Rescue Squad EMS Headquarters, Administration Headquarters, and Training Classrooms for the Bristol (RI) Fire Department. The training room portion of the program is also to be used as an emergency operations center, and a voter polling place. Complete ADA compliance is being followed for the administration and training spaces, including bathrooms, parking, doors/approaches, finishes and level surfaces. The project is currently in design development..
