Project Highlights:
Vittimberga/ Pricolo Residence- New 3,200 sf residence. Craftsman Style house, 3 car garage and memorial structure. Natural fir interior on the first floor with extensive built- ins, detailed in a traditional Arts and Crafts style. Coordinated the final exterior detailing and interior design, managed the production of the construction documents and provided construction administration.
Weinberg Residence- 7,000 sf renovation and addition - Project consisted of a 2,500 square foot addition and renovation of a 4,500 existing home. Alteration to an existing ISDS was required to add a bedroom count. Stone flooring with radiant heat, new stone tread staircase, custom millwork and a kitchen expansion were all part of the original goals for the project. During construction, updates to the Master Bedroom suite, entry hall and guest quarters were introduced as part of the renovations in addition to a new pool and cabana building.
136 Adams Point Road- 5,300 sf residence- Teardown of an existing home and new construction of a shingle style residence on a waterfront property in Barrington. Open first floor plan with 180 degree water view. Guest and secondary bedrooms have direct access bathrooms and views of the water. Guest quarters/ bonus space is situated over the three car garage. Project adhered to CRMC requirements as well as code requirements for AE flood zone construction.
Clift Residence- 2,800 sf residence- New house planned on a combined lot in Little Compton overlooking the Atlantic. Lot size, building height and a high water table presented significant restraints for allowable buildable envelope. House has a screen porch off of the kitchen and open spaces oriented to views.
Huse Residence 3,200 sf residence- Victorian style residence overlooking Narragansett Bay. Elevation is highlighted by a bell shaped turret. and an ornately detailed porch that wraps two sides. Additional period appropriate details are achieved with gable brackets, shaped balusters and stained glass.
Cadden Residence- New 7,200 sf residence. New construction of a 5 bedroom home in Wrentham MA in a Colonial revival style for a young family of 5. Project included a Pool and cabana structure, Peripheral spaces catered to family daily activities; finished basement consisted of an exercise room, recreation room, crafts area. Homework/study space at second floor loft, overlooks reading nook at landing on back stair. Guest quarters situated above a 10’ ceiling Family Room. Involved in design from schematic through construction documents.
